By using this website or engaging our services in any capacity, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms in full.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and the entity.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Unity Consulting Advisors provides credit restoration consulting, dispute facilitation, financial coaching, and related advisory services to consumers and entrepreneurs. Our services may include:

• Credit Analysis: Review of your credit reports to identify inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information
• Dispute Services: Preparation and submission of dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf
• Credit Coaching: Educational guidance on credit-building strategies, budgeting, and financial literacy
• Funding Consultation: Advisory support for clients seeking business or personal funding opportunities
• Credit Monitoring: Ongoing monitoring and reporting services as part of applicable service tiers

To receive the full benefit of our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Accurate Information: Provide truthful, complete, and accurate personal and financial information at all times
• Timely Cooperation: Respond promptly to requests for documents, signatures, or approvals needed to perform services
• Credit Report Access: Authorize Unity to access your credit reports as necessary to perform agreed services
• Lawful Use: Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to remove accurate and verifiable information from your credit report
• Account Responsibility: Maintain the security of any login credentials provided to you
• Financial Obligations: Pay all fees on time as agreed upon enrollment

Our service fees are disclosed at the time of enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize Unity Consulting Advisors to charge the fees associated with your selected service tier.

• Initial Consultation: Free of charge — no payment required for your first consultation
• Monthly Service Fees: Billed on a recurring monthly basis beginning after your first 30-day service period
• Billing Cycle: Charges are processed on the same calendar date each month unless modified with advance notice
• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers
• Failed Payments: Accounts with failed payments may be paused until the balance is resolved
• Fee Changes: We will provide at least 14 days' notice before any changes to recurring fees

Credit repair results vary significantly from client to client based on individual credit history, creditor responses, and other factors outside our control. Unity Consulting Advisors makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Removal of any specific negative item from your credit report
• Achievement of any specific credit score or score increase
• Approval for any loan, credit card, or financing product
• Completion of services within any specific timeframe

We are committed to performing all agreed services with diligence, professionalism, and in full compliance with applicable law — but results depend on many factors beyond our control.

Our services are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time subject to the following terms:

• Cancellation Notice: Submit your cancellation request in writing to [email protected] at least 5 business days before your next billing date
• Right to Cancel: Under CROA, you have the right to cancel within 3 business days of signing your service agreement for a full refund of any fees paid
• Mid-Month Cancellations: No prorated refunds are issued for partial months of service unless required by law
• Work Already Performed: Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the exclusive property of Unity Consulting Advisors LLC and is protected by applicable U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent
• Our name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary trademarks and may not be used without authorization
• Educational materials, templates, and tools provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unity Consulting Advisors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services or website
• Any decision made by a creditor, credit bureau, or lender based on your credit profile
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Unity Consulting Advisors in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unity Consulting Advisors LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Any dispute between you and a creditor or credit bureau

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If direct negotiation fails:

• Mediation: Both parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Unity Consulting Advisors
• Small Claims: Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bell County, Texas.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to such venue.
